Larry Jay Menard reports on our menu!


Our Chef will be flown in from France, even though his name is Chef John Trahan,
he is truly a Frenchman (maybe not).
His menu for the night will consist of:
Pork Jambalaya
Potato Salad
Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Hot Wings
Sausage Picks
Sweet-Tish Meat Balls
Cheese Cubes
Vegetable Tray
